Analysis of tender documents, technical specifications, and client requirements to develop technical-economic proposals for EPC projects, including cost estimates and preliminary scheduling. Coordination with engineering, procurement, and construction, as well as requesting and evaluating quotes from suppliers and subcontractors. Preparation of tender documentation and identification of risks and opportunities at the bidding stage.
