Enext has designed and built a large manufacturing plant for both solid oral dosage and liquid injectable drugs, where all the manufacturing operations are under containment.

The plant is equipped with 3,000 m² clean room area and it has been designed for maximum flexibility. The HVAC systems have BIBO air filtration, isolators, mist showers and other typical equipment for these type of facilities. In appliance of Annex 1 (GMP UE), the WFI generation is cold type by means of UF membranes, thus allowing a large WFI flow rate for a lower investment, compared to WFI stills and thermocompressors.
